1 Services Provided
We offer Managed IT Services, consulting, hardware procurement, troubleshooting, cybersecurity solutions, and other technology-related services. Services may be delivered remotely or onsite depending on the nature of the engagement.
2 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in USD.
- Prices include applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or finance charges.
- Installation services are billed separately unless otherwise noted.
3 Quotes & Orders
- Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Ownership of hardware transfers upon full payment.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
- All sales are final unless covered under manufacturer's warranty.
- Returns must be pre-authorized and may incur restocking fees.
4 Warranty & Support
- Warranty claims are honored for active customers only, and subject to the manufacturer's terms.
- We Complete IT LLC acts as a liaison for warranty claims, not a guarantor.
- Ongoing support may require a current service agreement.
5 Limitations of Liability
- Liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or business interruption.
6 SMS Communication
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from We Complete IT regarding service updates, support, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
7 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
